How to Get More Luck in Defeat Anime RNG

The free sources

1. Upgrade tree: Luck I, II, III, IV and V (Luck V showed a 30M price), plus Friend Luck I (3.7M). They sit on the same branch; see the upgrade tree.
2. Prestige: every rank adds 5% luck for good. Bronze 1 is +10% at level 15, Silver 1 is +30% at level 35. See prestige.
3. Luck Potions: x2 Luck for 3 minutes (item tooltip). They drop from Infinite Tower wave clears and are sold by the Merchant; the older codes UpdateTwo and Release also gave them.
4. Group and like: the game description says “Like and join the group for EXTRA LUCK!”. Join the Defeat Anime Bosses group on Roblox and like the game. ItzVexo claims the group reward in his guide.
5. Friends: the Friend Luck node suggests playing with friends adds luck; servers hold 6 players.

The paid sources

The three Luck passes are labelled [STACKS]: x2 Luck (149 Robux), x4 Luck (249) and x8 Luck (499). Prices are Roblox list prices and match the in-game buttons we could read. All passes are on the shop page.

How to check your luck

The bottom right of the screen shows three multipliers: a green clover (luck), a purple drop (XP) and a coin (gold). In Superlex Plays’ September 17 run the clover read x4.40 with several sources active. Watch that number go up as you stack sources.

When to use a Luck Potion

A potion only lasts 3 minutes, so use it when you are about to roll a lot: after buying a batch of roll-speed upgrades, or when Auto Roll is on and you are watching. Luck matters most for the rare end of the table, both for unit rarity and, according to Game Rant, for mutations.

What luck does not do

Luck does not change trait rolls on the Traits panel as far as we have seen; the trait chances shown there are fixed numbers. For traits, the only levers are more Trait Shards and Auto Stop. See traits.
